I almost didn't purchase this guide as I am in a place of my life where right now stress is not a major issue. However in the past I have had many times of severe stress where I have really struggled and at those times I wished I had better tools to support myself. I decided that why not get those tools and skills now so I have them available when needed. This guide has been been extremely rewarding. Bob and Elisha are true professionals and run an excellent and caring support forum. In addition their weekly blogs are insightful and enjoyable. If you want to be more present in your life, enjoy the people around you, feel supported and have some great tools to help smooth the ride then I thoroughly recommend this program.
