Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, Aliveware cannot always ensure that such changes or modifications will reach other databases. Aliveware will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is changed or modified in Aliveware's records.

8.1 The Website makes content within online communities available to its members. 9.1 The Website is hosted in the United States of America. However Aliveware is based in New Zealand. You acknowledge and agree that in continuing your use of the Website, this Privacy Notice and Aliveware's Terms of Use are governed by New Zealand law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of New Zealand. You further agree you are transferring your personal information to Aliveware's servers and that you irrevocably consent to such transfer.
10. Assignment, Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy
10.1 Where Aliveware is acquired by or merged with a third party, or assigns the Terms of Use to another party, we reserve the right to transfer and assign the information collected to the new party.
10.2 Where the Company is placed into receivership, liquidation or management by any third party, Aliveware cannot guarantee how your information will be dealt with.
