Aliveworld experience after 6 weeks.

This is my second blog after having signed onto aliveworld 6 weeks ago

I am coming to grips with all the features of the site and trying which ones work for me.

My first project was to learn taichi and incorporate that in my life. As there was no aliveguide I setup my own project with tasks and journals.

This project struggled in that I could not find a suitable taichi teacher and location, however I followed the process relaxed in that timeframe was not important but finding the right teacher was.

This week success! I have got to the stage of having found a taichi teacher I want to work with and I am meeting with him formallynext week. Co-incidentally he is a Accupuncture specialist and so I will incorporate that into the process. (an unstated intention on my part  that has been ticked off the list.)

I setup another personal project ie (not using an aliveguide) on Health which was to join a golf club and play at least once a week.

This has been achieved and in fact I have put in my scores for 5 rounds so this week will have my official handicap.

(applause clap on back) As first major goal achieved using aliveworld to help me.

Aliveworld really helped in defining my intentions, documenting the milestones and.  targets, setting up the practices and then just doing it. (the universe provides the rest)

I have now moved onto two aliveguides and I am working the Mindfulness and anxiety and stress and finding using a structured aliveguide is really a great help to get me on track.

I feel I have moved fom being a newbie experimentor to now having a liking and a commitment to the site and the process as it has already helped me move my life forward in the directions and pace of my choosing.

I now feel the more I use aliveworld tools the faster my pace of change, which is in itself a trap for me, as  I have finally learnt after many years to savour the journey it really is better than the destination.

Skip,

This is such a great example on how Aliveworld can be used. A Tai Chi Guide can be created, we just have to find the Teacher to make it :).

I look forward to more interaction with you in Aliveworld and the Community.

Congratultions, Skip, on cacthing th wave of benefits in Aliveworld for creating and manifesting personal change.

I will point out to my husband what you have done with your plan to improve your golf game. Perhaps he will join Aliveworld and create a Change Project for himself. His goal is Break 80.
