About Gayle Van Gils
Gayle has an MBA from UCLA, and works as an executive and evolutionary coach, as well as a consultant in change management and strategic planning. She is the Director of the association of Florida Shambhala centers, and is also a senior teacher and meditation instructor in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition. She was a close personal student of Chogyam Trungpa, founder of Shambhala, and now studies with his son, The Sakyong, Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche. Gayle teaches meditation and creativity workshops nationally, and creates ceramic sculpture when time allows. Gayle is the VP Business Development for Aliveworld.
