It has been great to be a part of the Mindful Healing Community!
It has really helped me in becoming more present to many things, most importantly my life. I have really been able to come back to my practice and integrate into my life. I know there will be times when I fall off and don't do it for a while, but is so helpful to know there is a place to come to connect to others who might share my same struggles.
I have also found another great resource I wanted to share. This is a meditation timer that sits on the computer and allows me to set any time I want so I can just sit, do a walking meditation, or lie down and it will let me know when it is coming to an end. The Guide for Mindfulness, Anxiety, and Stress has been great as all the meditations are Guided. This is good for the times that I just want to do the meditation on my own, without Guidance, and be reminded with a chime/bell when to end.
